Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the directory and your bookings, and we never sell your personal data. Period.

1. What we collect

From customers: phone number (for SMS-based sign-in & booking confirmations), name, email if you provide one, your favorited spas, and the bookings you've made. From salon owners: business contact info, license documents you upload for verification, payouts info via Stripe Connect / PayPal. Automatically: standard server logs (IP, user-agent, page) for security & rate limiting.

2. How we use it

To show you relevant spas, send booking SMS/email confirmations, verify salon claims, prevent abuse, and to operate the platform. We never use your data to retarget you with ads elsewhere.

3. Who we share it with

The salon you book with sees your name, phone, and any notes you wrote. Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) handle card data — we never store it. Twilio handles SMS delivery. Nominatim (OpenStreetMap) handles geocoding. We do not sell or rent your data.

4. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You can request a copy of everything we have about you, or delete it entirely, by emailing privacy@asianmassages.net. We'll respond within 30 days.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies for sign-in. No third-party advertising cookies, no Facebook pixel, no Google Analytics. See our cookie policy.

6. Children

The service is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Changes

If we materially change this policy we'll notify you by email and post a changelog at the top of this page.
