Plain-English version: be respectful, be honest, follow the law. The full legal copy below applies whenever you use AsianMassages.net.
1. Who we are
AsianMassages.net is operated as a directory and booking marketplace connecting customers with licensed Asian massage establishments in the United States.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to create an account or make a booking. Salon owners must operate a legally registered, properly licensed massage establishment.
3. Acceptable use
Customers: Show up to bookings you make. Treat therapists with respect. Don't request anything outside the scope of legitimate, licensed massage therapy. Adult content, illicit requests, or solicitation will result in a permanent ban. Salons: Maintain current licenses. Accurately represent services and pricing. Respond to booking requests within 30 minutes during business hours.
4. Bookings & payments
Bookings are a request to the salon, confirmed within 30 minutes or auto-cancelled with no charge. A small refundable deposit ($15 default) is held when you book, captured on confirmation, and released for full refund on cancellations made 24+ hours in advance. Cancellations 12-24h in advance are 50% refunded; under 12h or no-shows forfeit the deposit. Stripe / PayPal / Coinbase Commerce handle payments.
5. Reviews
Only customers who completed a booking can leave a review. Reviews under 3 stars are reviewed by our team within 24 hours before publishing. Salons can reply once per review. We may remove reviews that violate our content policy.
6. Content policy
Nothing on the platform — listings, photos, descriptions, reviews, messages — may suggest, solicit, or imply services beyond licensed therapeutic massage. We have zero tolerance for this and reserve the right to remove content and ban accounts at our discretion.
7. Disclaimers
We are not the spa. We are a directory. We don't guarantee the quality of any individual session. Licensed therapists are independent of AsianMassages.net.
8. Termination
You can close your account anytime from your account page. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
