How do reviews work?

We use verified reviews only:

• A customer can only leave a review if they had a confirmed booking that was marked completed.
• Each customer gets a private review link in their post-booking email.
• Reviews rated 1-2 stars go to our moderation queue (24-hour SLA) before publishing — protects you from bad-faith reviews.
• You can reply once per review from your salon dashboard.

Your aggregate rating updates in real time as reviews are published.
